The Bitumen Melting Plant developed and produced by our company adopts a self-heating integrated design. This equipment integrates the functions of thermal oil furnace and asphalt debarreling. It uses a diesel burner as a heat source, and heats the barreled asphalt through hot air and thermal oil heating coils to debarrel and melt it into a liquid state. This equipment can ensure the heating quality of asphalt. It not only inherits the advantages of the previous series of equipment, but also has higher thermal efficiency, smaller footprint, simpler installation process, more convenient transfer and transportation, and lower transportation costs. The equipment has a simple and elegant appearance, a reasonable and compact layout, and stable and reliable performance. It is suitable for asphalt debarreling production under various working conditions. The equipment adopts an automatic spring door closed box structure. The asphalt barrel is hoisted on the barrel by an aerial crane, and the hydraulic thruster pushes and slides to achieve barrel entry. The diesel burner that comes with the equipment provides the heat source.
