Power-on preparation
Inspect Equipment Condition
Check that all components (including asphalt tanks, valves, and pump bodies) are intact and free from leakage or loosening. Verify the normal operation of the electrical system and instruments, and ensure all connections are firm and reliable.

Wear Safety Gear
Put on proper personal protective equipment (PPE), such as goggles, gloves, and masks, to avoid direct contact with high-temperature asphalt and emulsifiers. Ensure comprehensive safety protection.

Prepare Raw Materials
Prepare quality-compliant raw materials, including asphalt, emulsifiers, clean water, and various additives. Preheat the asphalt according to its type and preheat the water to 55-60℃.

Preheat System
Start the heating system to preheat the asphalt tanks, emulsion tanks, and pipelines to meet production temperature requirements. Simultaneously, check the heat transfer oil level to confirm the proper functioning of the heating system.

Prepare Emulsion
Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the emulsion tank. Start the agitator, slowly add the emulsifier while stirring, and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved. Adjust the pH value according to the type of emulsifier.

Product Precautions
Quality Control
Strictly control the quality of asphalt and emulsifiers, and avoid using unqualified raw materials, so as not to affect the quality of emulsified asphalt or the service life of the equipment.
Regular Maintenance
Regularly inspect the wearing parts of the High-performance Emulsion Asphalt Plant, and promptly replace them if wear or aging is found, so as to avoid equipment failures caused by damaged wearing parts.
Emergency Shutdown
