The Polymer Modified Asphalt Production Plant is an integrated complete set of equipment for processing polymer-modified asphalt. It consists of asphalt conveying units, polymer feeding systems, temperature-controlled stirring tanks, high-shear colloid mills, finished product storage tanks and a fully automatic electric control system.During operation, base asphalt is heated to standard process temperatures first, and polymer modifiers are fed via precise metering. The mixture undergoes full swelling in pre-mixing tanks before high-speed shearing and grinding by colloid mills. This process evenly distributes polymer particles within asphalt to complete the modification reaction and produce finished modified asphalt.The plant comes in batch and continuous production models, most adopting skid-mounted modular structures for easy disassembly, transportation and installation. Manufactured materials boast high-temperature resistance and resistance to low-temperature cracking, and are widely used in expressways, municipal roads, bridge decks and airport pavement construction.
