Process Technology
Precise Batching and Conveying

Precautions
Do not activate the shearing system when the thermal oil temperature is lower than 80℃ to prevent equipment jamming.
Keep the modifier feeding port dry to avoid moisture-induced caking, which impairs metering accuracy.
Inject dedicated protective oil into all pipelines during long-term shutdowns to prevent bitumen solidification and pipeline blockage.
All operators must wear protective face shields and high-temperature resistant gloves to prevent scald injuries.
