Targeting the high-temperature, high-viscosity and easily permeable properties of rubber asphalt, Asphalt Rubber Blending Tank is equipped with an upgraded full sealing system that thoroughly resolves widespread industry issues including oil seepage, air leakage, dust ingress and excessive heat dissipation. Its reliable sealing stability suits complex working scenarios such as long-term outdoor high-temperature construction, continuous production and frequent site relocation, outperforming standard sealing solutions on the market.
First, the tank body is fabricated with full penetration welds instead of conventional spot welding. All welded seams on the tank undergo grinding, flaw detection and pressure leak testing, eliminating leakage risks from pinholes and gaps at the source. The superior overall airtightness withstands pressure from hot materials and mechanical vibration during operation, preventing weld cracking and material seepage over long service cycles.
Second, core sealing positions feature a layered dual-seal design. Static sealing points including the tank cover, top access manhole and feeding port are fitted with thickened high-temperature resistant graphite spiral wound gaskets. These gaskets withstand sustained temperatures above 200℃, resist asphalt corrosion and structural aging, and offer a service life three times longer than ordinary rubber gaskets. They avoid hardening, cracking and sealing failure under prolonged heat, effectively stopping internal heat loss and volatile material overflow. For dynamic sealing critical parts such as the main mixing shaft and discharge rotary shaft, a combination of premium mechanical seals and high-temperature skeleton oil seals is deployed. This design accommodates continuous shaft rotation, tightly fits the shaft surface to stop viscous rubber asphalt seeping through shaft gaps, and keeps external moisture and dust out of bearings to protect transmission assemblies.
In addition, discharge pipeline joints and valve connections adopt dual reinforcement via flange sealing plus specialized sealant, creating gap-free, rattle-free fitting surfaces. The structure avoids dripping and seepage even under fluctuating material delivery pressure. The complete sealing system not only delivers basic leak-proof and anti-pollution functions but also provides outstanding thermal insulation and airtight performance. It cuts internal heat loss and energy consumption, and prevents rubber asphalt delamination, deterioration and waste caused by rainwater and foreign impurities entering the tank.
Every Asphalt Rubber Blending Tank undergoes rigorous airtight pressure testing and high-temperature trial operation before delivery to guarantee zero liquid or air leakage. All sealing accessories are custom-made for superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature tolerance, suitable for long non-stop construction, frequent startup and shutdown, and bumpy site transportation. These components require minimal replacement and maintenance, significantly lowering operating costs while maintaining tidy construction areas and stable equipment performance throughout operation.
