For aged pavements suffering from micro‑cracks, surface loosening, water infiltration and aging, fog‑seal operations can be performed. Low‑pressure fine asphalt spraying fills pavement micro‑cracks, seals surface pores, restores pavement waterproofness and integrity, and slows pavement aging. For slightly damaged pavements, it can work together with simultaneous aggregate spreading to complete base‑laying for slurry seals and chip seals, repairing pavement wear and improving anti‑slip performance.
