To ensure the safe and stable operation of Emulsion Bitumen Plant, daily operations must follow the specifications. Before starting the machine, carefully check the storage volume of raw materials such as asphalt, emulsifier, and water, confirm that there is no blockage or leakage in the pipelines and valves, and that the electrical circuits are connected normally.
When starting the equipment, first start the emulsifier and water delivery pumps, then start the asphalt pump, and feed according to the set ratio to prevent the pipeline pressure from being too high. During the production process, always observe the equipment operating parameters, including temperature, pressure, flow, etc., to avoid imbalance in the raw material ratio. If abnormal vibration, abnormal sound or high temperature is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
After shutdown, rinse the pipeline and emulsifier with clean water to remove residual asphalt and emulsifier to prevent solidification and blockage. Clean up debris on the surface of the equipment regularly and add lubricating oil to the lubrication parts. It is also necessary to keep a record of the equipment operation to facilitate subsequent maintenance and repair and extend the service life of the Emulsion Bitumen Plant.
