2. Heating function
Rapid heating: It has a heating system that can quickly heat the base asphalt to the required temperature to provide suitable conditions for the mixing and reaction of the modifier. Uniform heating: Ensure that the asphalt is evenly heated in the equipment to avoid local overheating or insufficient heating. Through reasonable stirring and heating structure design, the temperature of the asphalt is uniform throughout the production process to ensure the quality of the modified asphalt.
3. Stirring function
Powerful stirring: Equipped with a high-power stirring device, it can fully stir the base asphalt and the modifier to make them evenly mixed. Strong stirring can promote the dispersion and reaction of the modifier in the asphalt and improve the performance of the modified asphalt.
Frequency conversion speed regulation: The stirring speed can be adjusted according to production needs to achieve the stirring requirements at different stages. In the early stage of adding the modifier, a higher stirring speed can be used to promote mixing; in the later stage of the reaction, the stirring speed can be reduced to avoid heat loss and equipment wear caused by excessive stirring.
