As a professional manufacturer of Modified Bitumen Plant, we are well aware that standardized maintenance is the key to ensuring the efficient operation of equipment. Daily maintenance needs to focus on three core modules: first, the heating system. The burner needs to be cleaned of carbon deposits regularly, the nozzle atomization effect and flame stability need to be checked, the heat transfer oil needs to be tested for acid value, flash point and other indicators on a periodic basis, and the aging oil needs to be replaced in time to ensure the heating efficiency.
Secondly, the maintenance of the mixing and grinding device is crucial. The colloid grinding disc of the grinder needs to be checked for wear every quarter and the gap needs to be adjusted in time; the mixing blades are susceptible to asphalt corrosion and need to be sprayed with anti-corrosion coatings regularly to prevent scaling from affecting the mixing uniformity. At the same time, the conveying and metering system should not be ignored. The seals of the asphalt pump need to be checked monthly to prevent leakage; the flow meter needs to be calibrated regularly to avoid metering deviations affecting product quality.
In addition, the electrical control system should be kept dry and clean, the wiring terminals should be tightened regularly to prevent poor contact; the PLC program needs to be backed up to avoid data loss. It is recommended to establish an equipment maintenance file to record each maintenance time, replacement parts and operating parameters, and cooperate with the remote diagnosis service provided by the manufacturer to predict faults in advance, extend the service life of the Modified Bitumen Plant, and reduce the overall operating cost.
