Standardized operation of Emulsion Bitumen Plant is crucial to ensuring production safety and improving product quality, and mainly covers three stages: before startup, during operation, and after shutdown.
Before startup, it is necessary to fully check all parts of the Emulsion Bitumen Plant to confirm that the pipeline is not blocked, the valve switch position is correct, the connection parts are tight and leak-free, and the electrical system is normal. At the same time, prepare raw materials such as asphalt, emulsifier and water in proportion.
During operation, start the emulsifier aqueous solution delivery pump first, and after the pipeline is filled with solution, start the asphalt pump to deliver asphalt and emulsifier aqueous solution to the emulsifier according to the set ratio. Closely monitor the equipment operating parameters, including temperature, pressure, flow, etc., to ensure that they are within the specified range. Observe the emulsification effect and adjust the parameters in time if any abnormality occurs.
When shutting down, stop the asphalt pump first, then stop the emulsifier aqueous solution delivery pump, and then rinse the equipment pipeline and emulsifier with clean water to prevent the material residue from solidifying and affecting the next use.
Finally, turn off the power, clean the Emulsion Bitumen Plant, and prepare for the next operation.
