Equipment inspection:
Check the oil temperature: Make sure the oil temperature reaches the required heating temperature. If it does not reach the required heating temperature, it needs to be heated.
Check the asphalt tank: Make sure the tank is clean, without accumulation and oil leakage.
Check the heater: Confirm that the heater switch is normal and the heating is uniform.
Check the mixer: Make sure the mixer is in good condition and can operate normally without abnormal noise, oil leakage, etc.
Check the gas system: Make sure the gas system pipeline and compressor are normal and the gas source is sufficient.
Personnel preparation:
Operators must undergo corresponding training and understand all safety regulations.
Operators should be familiar with the operation of asphalt heating equipment and have the ability to respond to emergencies and troubleshoot.
Operators should wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as hard hats, protective glasses, protective gloves and heat-resistant clothing.
Operation environment preparation:
Make sure the operation area is dry, clean and free of flammable materials.
Obtain the operation manual and carefully read it to understand the working principle and operation steps of the asphalt heating equipment.
