Start heating:
Turn on the power switch of the asphalt heating equipment and set the heating temperature to 160℃ (under normal circumstances).
Check whether the temperature controller of the asphalt heating equipment is working properly to ensure that it can maintain the set temperature.
Turn on the heater and start the mixer to heat the asphalt evenly.
During the heating process, keep the asphalt in a stirring state to avoid local overheating or overcooling of the asphalt.
Monitoring and adjustment:
Observe the temperature changes during the heating process at any time to ensure that the temperature is controlled within a safe range.
If an abnormal situation or equipment failure is found, the power switch should be turned off immediately and appropriate emergency measures should be taken.
Heating completed:
After heating to the set temperature, turn off the heater.
Turn off the power switch of the asphalt heating equipment and close the valve for the supply of asphalt raw materials.
