(1) High degree of automation, the metering of asphalt, water emulsion and various additives can be automatically controlled, and automatically compensated, recorded and adjusted.
(2) The combination of major components is easy to disassemble and move. For example, the American Scandinavia Road Company connects and installs the core parts such as colloid mill, control cabinet, pump, metering device in a standard box. When working, it only needs to connect the pipeline and power supply.

The main feature of this equipment is that the dissolution and dilution of the emulsifier are carried out in batches, and then stored in the emulsifier water solution tank for standby use. Since the 1990s, the more advanced emulsified asphalt equipment in China has been equipped with computer automatic control devices, which greatly improves the control accuracy of the oil-water ratio of asphalt emulsion.
With the widespread promotion and application of emulsified asphalt slurry sealing technology in my country, higher requirements have been put forward for the quality and output of emulsified asphalt, and emulsified asphalt equipment has developed in the direction of standardization and rationalization.
