1) Emulsifiers, delivery pumps, motors, reducers, etc. should be maintained daily in accordance with the provisions of their factory instructions.
2) The emulsifier should be cleaned after each shift; emulsified asphalt equipment without insulation and anti-corrosion facilities should also clean the asphalt pump, emulsifier water solution pump and pipeline.
3) The asphalt emulsifier should regularly check the clearance between its stator and rotor. When the minimum clearance specified by the machine cannot be reached, the stator and rotor should be replaced.
4) The metering pump or flowmeter used to control the flow should be checked for accuracy regularly, and adjusted and maintained in time.
5) The dust in the control cabinet should be removed every six months, and the microcomputer part can only be dusted with a vacuum cleaner to prevent dust from entering the machine and damaging the machine parts.
6) If the equipment is out of use for a long time, the liquid in the tank and pipeline should be drained, and the moving parts should be filled with lubricating oil.
7) In areas where the outdoor temperature is below -5°C, asphalt emulsion storage tanks should not store emulsions. The remaining emulsion in the storage tank should be drained in time to avoid emulsion demulsification.
