At present, there is no unified standard for domestic emulsified asphalt equipment. The equipment of various manufacturers and production units varies greatly, but their production processes are basically the same. When using, they should be carried out according to the relevant operating precautions and maintenance technical requirements.
Operation precautions
1) Emulsified asphalt production must be carried out strictly in accordance with the "production process".
2) Equipment operation must be assigned to a specific person, and the operator should be familiar with and master the equipment operation essentials.
3) Before each production, all parts, electrical appliances and their circuits should be checked, and the machine can only be started after confirming that they are in a safe and normal technical state.
4) Before starting the machine, first start the preheating system. When the asphalt and emulsifier can be turned by hand and easily, start the emulsifier and emulsifier aqueous solution pump.
5) The temperature of asphalt and emulsifier aqueous solution should meet the process requirements.
6) Strictly prepare the emulsifier aqueous solution according to the "Emulsifier Instructions" and "Production Process Card".
7) For equipment using automatic oil-water ratio control, the "manual gear" should be turned on first, and then the "automatic gear" should be turned back to when the oil-water flow meter displays and works normally.
8) At the end of production, the shutdown sequence should be asphalt pump - emulsifier water solution pump - emulsifier, and the asphalt pipeline valve and water solution valve should be closed at the same time.
9) Pay close attention to production safety, and operators are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization.
