Asphalt Rubber Blending Tank features a simple structure and low failure frequency. Its daily maintenance framework revolves around four core modules: daily basic upkeep, weekly special inspections, monthly deep maintenance and seasonal idle protection. Maintenance procedures are easy to carry out without specialized technical skills. Standardized maintenance effectively avoids common faults including pipeline blockage, material leakage, circuit breakdown and heating failure, greatly prolongs equipment service life, sustains stable, efficient long-term operation, and cuts maintenance expenses and production downtime losses.
First, daily post-operation cleaning and maintenance is the core routine task. After daily construction, residual rubber asphalt and precipitated rubber powder on the tank bottom, mixing blades, discharge pipelines and valves must be cleaned promptly. Unremoved high-viscosity asphalt residue cools and solidifies, readily causing pipeline clogging, mixing jamming and poor material discharge. The built-in circulating reflux system can be used to clear pipelines, while dedicated cleaning tools remove sediment from the tank bottom to guarantee zero residual material inside the tank and pipework. Meanwhile, wipe dust and oil stains from the control cabinet and motor surfaces to keep equipment clean and avoid heat dissipation failure caused by accumulated debris.
Second, perform full equipment inspections before daily startup. Check the complete sealing system to verify that tank cover gaskets, joint seals and shaft seals remain intact with no signs of aging, loosening or seepage. Tighten bolts or replace damaged sealing components immediately if minor leakage appears. Verify the responsiveness of the intelligent temperature control system and temperature sensors, and confirm the heating system, mixing motor and discharge pump start and run normally with no abnormal noise, vibration or slow temperature rise. Inspect wiring, switches and earthing connections to eliminate leakage and short-circuit risks, and confirm flexible valve movement and responsive pressure relief valve operation. Ensure stable no-load running before formal construction begins.
Third, conduct weekly lubrication and targeted maintenance. Every week, lubricate key transmission components including mixing spindle bearings, transmission chains and reducers with specialized high-temperature resistant lubricant to prevent dry friction, mechanical wear and abnormal noise under high-temperature working conditions. Check the liquid level and quality of heat conduction oil; filter or replace turbid, impurity-laden heat conduction oil promptly to preserve heating efficiency and avoid elevated energy consumption and slow temperature buildup. Regularly fasten weld seams and connecting screws to prevent loosening from equipment vibration and site transportation.
Fourth, implement monthly deep maintenance plus seasonal and idle equipment protection. Every month, fully inspect core assemblies and wear parts including sealing gaskets, oil seals, discharge pump impellers and heating pipes, replacing aged or damaged accessories in a timely manner. In cold winter conditions, completely drain residual water from pipelines and heating systems after construction to prevent pipe freezing and cracking. For equipment left idle long-term, drain all internal materials, fully clean the tank interior, touch up anti-rust paint on exposed external metal surfaces, and cover the unit properly to avoid rust from outdoor sun exposure and rain erosion. Complete trial running and debugging before reuse to guarantee normal operation of Asphalt Rubber Blending Tank. Strict adherence to the above maintenance procedures keeps equipment in optimal condition and minimizes breakdown risks.
